Dear New Hope Academy Students, Parents, Teachers and Faculty:

Welcome back! And to those who are new, welcome to New Hope Academy (NHA)! You’ll find our school to be a close knit community with exceptional teachers, a supportive staff, and encouraging parents.

The NHA Parent Teacher Association (PTA) committee is very excited about the upcoming school year.  Our objective is to strengthen the PTA program through parent and teacher participation, increased student involvement, and meeting our fundraising goals so we can support NHA’s enrichment programs and activities.  With your help, either through signing up for one of our fundraising committees, supporting our events, and/or donating to one of the fundraisers, we can meet our objective and accomplish our goals.  The success of the PTA, and its programs, are directly dependent on the support of parent, teacher, and student volunteers.

We ask that every family review the PTA handbook and the various fundraising and sponsored committees listed at the back of the book.  There are committees for all personality types and schedules.  We encourage you to volunteer for at least one committee by completing the attached “PTA VOLUNTEER SIGN-UP FORM” and return to the main office.  We understand you are very busy with work and family demands, so if you cannot commit to volunteering on a committee, feel free to volunteer an hour or two at an event.

The PTA committee looks forward to working together to support our children, the school, and the community.
